DIY is the whole system as a repository you own and keep, a frozen snapshot you build at your own pace. Membership is the live version: four co-build sessions a month (your pick from the eight we run), the parts rotating through Build, Run and Share so you build the current one with the room, an always-updated template kit, and the Discord community. One you own outright; the other you build live, month to month.

You build the part the room is on when you join, and over a full three-month loop you cover all three. If you want every part in your hands right away, instead of waiting for the rhythm to come around, add the DIY repository and build from any entry point. See how the rhythm works.

No. The backend and the structures are already built. You connect your own accounts by pasting in credentials when the system asks, and it tells you exactly what it needs. You are guiding it in plain language, not writing code.

No. Your website, course, quizzes, events, and email sequences all live in one place you host yourself, around 3 to 5 euros a month. There is no separate platform fee and no cut taken from your sales. The only thing that can ever cost extra is an optional add-on, like an AI voice feature on its own API. The quizzes, the course, the pages, and the standard email sequences do not.

For automated and sequence emails you can use Resend, which is free and sends in your own branding. For a regular newsletter, most people keep a dedicated tool since those are cheap or free. You are not forced to move your newsletter into the system.
